Rossosapore is the fast casual pizza concept of Sebeto Group. Since its initial opening in Naples in 2005, Rossosapore has grown to 28 locations in Italy. The menu offers 18 variants of authentic Neapolitan pizza by the slice, artisanal food specialties and homemade desserts from Naples and Italy.

1) I am interested in owning my own Rossosapore. How do I get started?
We’d love to have you join our team! You’ll be part of a group of 28 Rossosapore who share your entrepreneurial spirit. Joining the Rossosapore team gives you the great opportunity to own your own business- but not just any business: an established global brand with a proven operating system already in place. It’s easy to get started. Your first step is to complete the Inquiry Form.

 

2) Is Rossosapore offering single and multi-unit restaurant franchise opportunities?
Rossosapore’s main focus is to recruit new franchisees that can acquire and develop multiple units.

 

3) What type of restaurant or business experience is Rossosapore looking for in franchise owners?
We are seeking experienced restaurant operators to help us meet our growth objectives. However, we will provide the training you need to adopt and use our systems and procedures.

 

4) What is the start-up cost for a new Rossosapore restaurant? What about financial requirements?
The range of costs to develop a new restaurant will depend on the restaurant location and other factors, such as geographic and building code requirements, site availability, building size and destination etc.
On average, development costs can range between € 120k for a small unit (around 60 sq meters/650 sq feet ) to €200k for a large unit (around 100 sq meters/1100 sq feet)
You must have a € 2 millions in net worth and € 1 million liquid assets for multi-unit development in order to qualify. Financial requirements may be lower or higher depending on the transaction type.

 

5) How much is the franchise fee and when is it due?
The franchisee is required to cover a one-time entrance fee of € 40K for the first restaurant scaling down based on the number of restaurants that will be open. The fee is due prior to developing each new restaurant.

 

6) How much is the royalty fee?
Rossosapore franchisees pay 5% of net sales every month.

 

7) Are there any opportunities in my area?
